Cut the caffine by at least 50% , cut the nicotine by 50-75%
Have not taken any Xanax in a few days , I was taking .25-.5 at night .
Not daily ,but 1-3 times a week .
Have not taken any OTC sleep aids in a few days either .
Used to take Z -qulll .
I slept good last night ,for about 6 hours ,But the stomach is messed up today and was yesterday .
I still have a lot of vacation ,I called in today .
I know I could not ,or would not want to deal with limited toilet space at work today .
The bathroom is like everything else we have at work ,marginal capacity for the workforce size .

It sounds like you're cutting out too much at once. Why not one thing at a time gradually? Or is the addictive behavior rearing its head in an inverted way?
Just some first impressions ....
Just some first impressions ....
Im a planning type of person ,I like a road map laid out . I don't think im obsessive about it . ?
A laid out plan ,reduces stress in my life . Now there are times the laid out plan wont work ,I just shrug it off and reset the plan .
Ill be the first to admit I like things where I can find them , especially tools on the farm . At work I write down what I need to do . at the end of the day I wrote down what I have left to do so ill know where to start tomorrow . I do this as a stress reduction plan -and it works for me .
.
Im trying to work on the sleep problem ,I just set a point in time and consume no caffine after 9 am . My cutoff has been 11am -12 pm for years .
I would drink about 4 cups coffee ,then 1-2 diet cokes (12oz ) then I might have a 20 oz bottle .
I still use my Copenhagen I just reduced the size of the pinch I put in my mouth .I used to go through a can in 1 to 1-1/2 days . Now a can will last almost 4 days .
The Xanax was just taken a few times a week ,seldom 2 days in a row .
So not taking it for several days is quite normal .
I guess the most I have ever taken in a day was 1 mg , and that has been so few times I can recall most of them .
Amount prescribed is .5 mg ,Normally break those in half and take one on those nights I know I wont sleep .
I would think it very odd ,id have any kind of dependence on them ,A 30 count bottle lasts several months .
I have not taken a Klonopin in so long ,I cant recall the last one ,I get 15 of those 1mg . I normally cut those in half as well
I have never used the entire prescription of either of these ,most of the time it expires and I throw them away .
I will go months and not take a advil or Tylenol . No other prscribed meds .
I really suggest you see a Dr before starting an supplement, but especially magnesium in your case right now Karate
There are medicine interactions too as there are with most supplements

Health Risks from Excessive Magnesium
Too much magnesium from food does not pose a health risk in healthy individuals because the kidneys eliminate excess amounts in the urine [28]. However, high doses of magnesium from dietary supplements or medications often result in diarrhea that can be accompanied by nausea and abdominal cramping [1]. Forms of magnesium most commonly reported to cause diarrhea include magnesium carbonate, chloride, gluconate, and oxide [11]. The diarrhea and laxative effects of magnesium salts are due to the osmotic activity of unabsorbed salts in the intestine and colon and the stimulation of gastric motility [55].
