Sober and eating actual food

I forgot who posted it but somebody said they would go days with drinking because meals got in the way. I've started eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and still lost 20 pounds (probably water weight).

I've been sober for over a month. I went for a physical and my doctor said my blood test was "great across the board". Alcohol really screwed up my system.

I am glad that your bloodwork was all normal, GreenColor. That kind of news can be a great relief for those of us around here.
