Well this is the end of the line I think for me...
 

I had to move to a new apartment... everything money wise is crappy... it's so difficult to accept that I keep running out of my pain pills and I'm almost out of my Xanax. My question is- what do I do now? Once that WD starts I'm going to be hitting the walls, badly. Are they going to jail me? If I go to a hospital and claim my ailments am I going to be sentenced to a facility? Am I in trouble just because I ran out of my freaking pills because my life has gone down the TOILET? I don't know what to do and I'm panicking rather badly. Help, please...

Paulos - it is only the end of the line if you let it be. It sounds like you need to reach out and call a crisis line, or find the phone line that is listed here on SR. I see you joined January 2007. I cannot imagine drinking after you have been sober for this long...and ready to give up? I will keep you in my prayers - and know you can pull out of this. Keep us posted, because if I have learned one thing on this website, we the SR community do care!

But I don't know what to DO... I'm stuck right now, the WD is killing me, I don't have what I used to have in the regard of security, my mother, everything, it's ... gone. Maybe I need to go to a psyche ward that's what I'm trying to find out here...

They didn't even help, they actually hung up on me after 5 minutes, they didn't seem to really understand my stress and my issue.

What are you withdrawing from? Xanax? Call your doctor. Alcohol? Pain meds? You sound like you need medical help. Go to any walk-in clinic. They will decide how best to help you with what you need.

They wont jail you Paulos. If you aren't a risk of harm to yourself or others they won't put you in a facility.

Go to the ER and get help with detox and talk to the social worker there for a longer term plan.

Sounds like you need to IMMEDIATELY go to a hospital!!!! If you can't drive, call an ambulance.
