I was going to suggest finding a psychiatrist that you like (it may take trying out a few different ones) who specializes in addiction and anxiety. Anti-anxiety medication has been very helpful for my emotional well-being and sobriety.

It is not uncommon for women who stay home with young children to suffer from anxiety. Many try to self-medicate with alcohol. The fact that your home is a stressful environment is making it all worse.

Stay sober. Things will get better.

Its a harder job ,staying at home with kids ,than people assume it is .

When I was depressed ,the smallest of aggrivations drove me nuts .

Good news is depression can be treated ,And once treated ,the aggrivations disaperar.

My next advice is critical -DRINKING AGGRIVATES DEPRESSION ,!
