along with what soberlicious said about the wagon, it can also be about being on the fence.
I would stop and get beer , then go home and work on the farm
After regular job .

Your making a lot of changes in your body Karate. It can weaken the immune system whenever you change things. Its kind of like climate change though - don't get fixated on any one storm and look at the longer term benefits. You are going to be so much better off mentally and physically being sober.

Have you thought about augmenting your sobriety with any type of program? AA or RR? I also found books and therapy are an excelent addiction to any formal program.

My wife has had a cold ,as well as a few co-workers .

Im attacking he cold wih a sinus rinser and some menthol OTC RINSE .

Nothing like a lile menthol snored up your nose to clear you out

It waters your eyes up .

I did do AA for a while a few years ago .

I broke the habit of drinking daily , no real cravings to speak of .

Hi Karate, sorry to hear you are feeling poorly, like jdooner says your body is going through some changes and short term will no doubt be like mine, I used to never catch a cold etc, I've had 2 colds in the last 5 months being sober😟

Hope you get well soon Karate.

Alkalol Company: A natural, soothing nasal wash, mucus solvent, and cleaner.

Despie the name it conains no actual alochol .

The winergreen oils are strong .

Alkolol is great for the sinus'. I take a clove of fresh garlic, (nature's natural antibiotic, along with raw oninn) everyday at the first sign of a cold or infection. Then I drink ALOT of WATER. lol.
