H - Hungry
A - Angry
L - Lonely
T - Tired
These are all a few symptoms I look out for, I find myself not eating healthy because I am always on the run and I do not take the time out of the day to either prepare something healthy or go out and spend the extra dough to eat healthy. Its actually quite easy to eat healthy, but eating Subway all the time, it gets boring. There seems to be less and less diversity in fast-food choices as it looks like Tim Hortons is on every block, literally. Then McDonalds today, I realized there was another one down the road a mintue away, its just crazy how these places eat up, perfectly good choices of diversity. I had an awesome Shawarma the other day, it was better then the usual but I dont eat donairs that often. I find when I am eating healthy, getting regular healthy nutrition into my body, my thinking improves dramatically. Along with the full 7 to 8 hours of sleep that I personally need, with the down-town each day to look back on my day, or look forward on my day. Anger is an obvious one, along with loneliness.
