Did you read the thread Matt? When I see members put others down to prop themselves up, like you are doing, I pray for them...as they are clearly not well. Good luck Matt4x4 you seem like you need it.

Quickie update

Ten days in!

I started a boxing class this past Wednesday... just as something to do on my evenings off it admittedly kicked my butt! I could barely walk yesterday morning, ha!!!

Sugar intake down and I already feel much more balanced (I also upped my protein, which helps I think).

Last night at work was the first night my $$ was "normal". As in, what it used to be when I was drinking. Talk about a WHOOP WHOOP moment!!!! I didn't think I could get back up to my average so quickly!!! (I'm not expecting it to maintain at the median for me yet ... but I'm sure grateful to be able to prove to myself that it IS possible. I truly didn't believe it was)

Things with ABF are in a holding pattern. It kinda feels like the calm before a terrible storm, but I'm making use of reading the Family and Friends forums. Haven't posted on there yet ... maybe I should do that today.

Hope everybody's weekend is fantastic!!!! Our weather is GORG, wowsers. HELLO SPRING!

I have a sense you are going to be one of those that never looks back. I sensed it from the beginning. I think you are waking up and I wish you the best in getting your life back - you have such great things to come!
