1st Step Prayer:
Dear Lord, Help me to see and admit that I am powerless over my alcoholism. Help me to understand how my alcoholism has led to unmanageability in my life. Help me this day to understand the true meaning of powerlessness. Remove from me all denial of my alcoholism.

Some times its all that you have left. and you may think that that is terrible. Its actually a good thing. It means you no longer have to worry about it its now in Gods hands which is the best place for it to be. Probably where it should have been to begin with. If I had nothing left but my dependancy on my Higher power I would not need anything else.
