Through a victory creeps the AV

So I was so busy with my life that I didn't notice st. Patrick's Day. Well, actually I did, but it was focused on putting green dye in the milk to freak out the kids. I actually forgot about the drinking part, until a few munis ago, that is. And you know what's funny? My AV leaped out of the bushes and tried, for a moment, and tried to lure me into thinking that I'm okay to have a drink because I forgot. Sorry AV, I see you, and I know your tricks.

So when does the AV die? Does it ever go away? Or do we just get more skilled at identifying and subduing it?

The more we deny the AV, the fainter it becomes. The more easily it is to slap it away. Eventually, it goes away. It sounds like you're getting stronger with each day. Keep on keeping on. You can do this!

I can't give you a date but I haven't been troubled by an AV in a long time Malcolm, and even then for a long time it was just like the suggestions of an idiot friend.

Your second option. It's never gone away for me. I think of it as a series of hurdles, you still have to jump them but you get more confident and skilled with practice. Lose concentration for a second, and you risk falling.

I love the image of the idiot friend.
