9 months sober today
Feeling grateful for my 9 months of sobriety. Having relapsed after 5 years sobriety it is only now that I feel that my head is coming right.

Message to all those who are feeling a little wobbly, pick up the phone, ask for help, talk to/get/use a sponsor. Do not pick up a drink.

Getting back into the program is hard, but if I can do it anyone can.
