Just put it off for today. Hang out here. Call someone in recovery. You can get through it, the feeling will pass. Make sure you are not hungry. Eat something. I find oranges help the most. (((((hugs))))))

Great thinking on the 11pm chops close idea. I had the same thoughts as you. However here they are 2am. That is one tool you can use to get over the mental hurdle. Have you thought of obtaining any more tools that can help you over the mental obsessions?
