Hello my name is Getbetteragain and I am an alcoholic. Tonight we did a little physical exercise in the way of a volleyball game at the local college. The physical activity was very nice and makes me realize I need a lot more. The Big Book tells us light exercise does good when starting recovery and I will go out on an limb and guess until the end of our days. So, today is the beginning of day 4. I am feeling better every day. No real bad mental battles yet and who knows by the grace of God they may not. Physically I feel better daily and the pain symptoms have diminished. They are still there, just much less intrusive now. I hope all of you have a fantastic day! Thanks for reading and being here as well!
