Doing good on day 3

Attacking the drinking with nutrition , just had a shake with 30 grams of protien
An apple , and some mixed nuts thrown in .

With the little problem I have with low blood sugar ,I have to be very careful about getting hungry .

I get the shakes when real hungry , that's what derailed me last time .

I'm doing good hope everyone is also
