had them all, and please dont take it lightly.
On day 4, I ended up in the hospital having seizures.
Withdrawls are taken way to lightly by all.
If i hadnt told someone i was going thru them i could have died.
i think about where my two kids would be now if that had happened.
I am a single dad and it scared the shoot outta me.

I had pins and needles/numbing in parts of my left foot and hand for a week before and during the withdrawal period. My blood pressure spiked on day 2 dangerously high. I had to go to the ER right away. I was scared to fall asleep that night and not wake up. It's very scary and if you are experiencing those moderate signs a doc is best. I recovered with the help of a blood pressure med and an anxiety med.
I'm Lucky to be able to speak about day 2 last time for me.
I'm on Day three now and saw a new doctor in a new town and am on an at home medical detox.

Yes, had them in my feet and all over my body. The withdrawals are the absolute worst. I chronicled mine as best I could, but I NEVER want to go back to that again. And, I don't have to. This last binge was a nightmare. Anxiety, couldn't sleep, pins and needles, feeling of immediate impending doom, humiliation . . . you name it. It also affected others in my family in ways that it never had before and I still feel very guilty for that.
