Energy levels

I went though a horrible cold turkey withdrawal, 2 moths ago, I seem to be coming around from the most horrendous anxiety I have ever experienced , how ever recently I have some days where I just have no energy, dizzy and clumsy, no matter how much sleep the night before, and somedays I will be absolutely fine...I'm currently on beta blockers so they might be contributing...my doctor told me to expect ups an downs but when did other people's energy start to balance out?
Cheers

i might be a bad example but over 2 years now and I still dont sleep well for one reason or another as a result my energy is up and down with 0 ryme or reason. some nights i sleep very little feel terrible but am able to accomplish great things. other days i sleep great wake up feeling rested and end up unable to do much at all. other days its just the opposite of these examples.

it makes little sense to me.

Hi robbo!

It took me about 3-4 months to feel really perky. I was exhausted from all I put myself through - the healing took some time. We have both emotional and physical recovery to get through so be patient with yourself. Congrats on your 2 months.

I'm 76 days sober and experiencing similar. It's after lunch, the 2 o clock feeling. Like to the point I'm not thinking clearly. I get very tired in the afternoon. Don't know if it's a caffeine crash blood pressure or PAWS.

Glad you asked this as I've been wondering this myself. There was absolutely no pink cloud for me this time around. I'm at 80 days and I've been pretty depressed lately. And many days I feel like I could sleep the whole day.

Before I ever actually made serious attempts at quitting, I always pictured it would be bliss: tons of energy and feeling great. But I'm still pretty down. Hopefully it starts to level out for all of us in the same boat.
