My anti-drink!
My anti-drink!
Hello! Just wanted to share something that really helps when I have an urge to drink.
I buy a small can (9oz I think?) of redbull, get a glass with ice in it, pour half the redbull in it. I'll sip on it slowly, watching tv, and my craving for alcohol just goes away!
Of course this isn't a 100% method and won't work every single time, but something about it just really works for me!
It's got to be a mental thing, but maybe it can work for you too?? That'd be great!
Chris

Hmmm I think it's the fact that it's more 'potent' than regular soda, like you're not suppose to drink a lot of it. I also really like the taste.
I should try the sugar free one! Wonder if it tastes the same?

Spent the first 29 years of my life in MA before moving to CA. Looking forward to watching the Pats playoff game on Saturday and actually remembering the entire game! I'm a huge sports fan and it's sad that I have can't truly remember all the details and remember the moments of the 2004 World Series or the 2001 Super Bowl and don't even get me started on the parades
What part of Cali? I lived in LA for 3 years, nice and warm haha.
Can't wait for the pats this year, and don't worry, you've got plentyyyyy of games ahead of you to create new memories!
Concord's nice, especially that tiny sub shop 'the yellow submarine' easily the best subs I've ever had!

I've been going through at least 6 cans of seltzer per day since I quit. Almost getting as bad as my booze habit lol
