The app hasn't been working on my new phone but after a night of free wine and champagne I tried again and thank God it's worked. Not drinking every day by any means, once a week, some would say 'normal' drinking but my drinking is anything but normal. Sat here shaking but excited to start my sobriety path once again. Hope you're all well and its good to be back on here. Merry Christmas.

Welcome back! I've always been able to get SR on my phone, thank God, and it's been a great way to keep in touch when I'm away from the computer.

I agree - Glad you are going to kick alcohol's azz, and that you have a good plan in place.

I like that no more f ing around attitude! Anger is what got me going forward when I decided that was it. It's a good way to kickstart sobriety, pissed at the bottle! Way to go!!

First big test out of the way already, trip to the missus fathers. He's a big drinker, managed to stay the only one not drinking by driving. Feels good, last event of the year done with. Quiet night news years eve then a new year and a blank slate.
