I need to go back to AA

I used to love AA. Then came a move, a relapse, treatment. I've struggled getting back to AA. I know I need to. I want that feeling back that I shared with my first home group for 3 years, and the fun, and the laughter, and the serenity. I'm struggling finding it.

Maybe it's just as simple as opening-up to the possibility of a New Home Group-The Acceptance is Always there-Worldwide...

I have had more slips than I can count, it happens, just keep at it until something clicks. It usually does with people who aren't prepared to give up. Be well

Hi. During my first two years of many relapses I got motivated by the words "KEEP COMING." I had much shame because I thought I was letting the fellowship down, (what power!) but fortunately I got to the point of wanting to be sober rather than drink. It took that four letter word TIME. Back then I was fortunate there were meetings every night and I went every night. I'm grateful I did as my life is so much better today even with the occasional bumpS.

BE WELL
