There was a time when 1 or 2 was all I would drink. Then came the abuse and my body and brain started to change. Now there is no way I would even want any less than a pint of whiskey if I was to even start. So even in the beginning of my quit I craved the drunk. I think it is also a myth that just because you were once a normal drinker it means you can't become an alcoholic or a true alcoholic.
