Does anyone who has been sober for more than a month still get bad heartburn and indigestion? I used to drink on an empty stomach (for obvious reasons) and then when I was real hungry and drunk, go eat whatever I could find. I know that I did some damage to my digestive system, buy the heartburn is just horrible now that I am sober.

Same here enough100. One of the reasons I quit because I was having constant heartburn and gastritis. It seemed to go away when I was drunk I guess because the alcohol killed the pain temporarly. Im sober almost 3 months and things are better but not normal.
Hang tough and treat your body well. Hope things improve for you
