I hope your bowels settle down Orion ... mine settled as soon as I stopped. I'd definitely be checking with the doc before starting anything.

Alcohol irritates the stomach lining, and will eventually cause ulcerations.
It took me months, MONTHS for my stomach to recover. My entire digestive tract was messed up from all the sugar, yeast, and acid.

Try eating wholemeal/wholegrain foods, and, yes, it does get better soon
