Basically, I experienced chest pains on the left side of my chest yesterday. Thought it would go away but it didn't. I managed to panic myself into thinking I was having a heart attack after going on the NHS website and reading symptoms. Went to A&E (or ER for Americans), had an ECG, they took other tests and everything came back fine.

Still get it in little bits at the moment but once I start calming myself down it's bearable and goes away.

At the moment I feel tired and a bit low on energy. Bit of a headache too.

EDIT - I forgot to add, I suffer from severe anxiety and apparently this is pretty common. This is the first time I've had the chest pain before.

Going to my GP this week and going to do everything I can to combat this.
