One year!!
One year!!
Tuesday (13 Nov 2013) I celebrated 365 days! One year of sobriety! I am very close to having my new Sobriety Group and my Motorcycle Recovery Group up and running.
Remember. relapse does not have to be an option. Get into a strong 12 step program, work the steps, call people when you need to and at the times when you have to face down your addiction alone - just do it. It will pass. There is no easy way out. Nothing magical will remove your addiction. No sponsor will ever say everything correctly. WE have to OWN our own sobriety!! There are times we just need to face it down and say "NO! I will not use/drink today!"
One year into my miracle. I'm not giving it away, nobody is taking it from me - relapse is NOT an option.
