Ultrasound and AVL levels

I've had a few blood tests over the past few weeks and my AVL (something to do with liver) is high at about 350.

I haven't drank in 18 days and the weird thing is I had a a test on the 17th and one on the 21st, and the AVL on the 21st was higher, which makes no sense :/

I've also got to have an ultrasound next week.

Has anyone had these tests before?

that's one of your liver enzymes. You have to wait a while after drinking before it goes down. Like a month. I had an ultrasound that indicated i had a fatty liver after i tested i little high for liver enzymes. The ultra sound will tell you if you have liver damage.
