I ate too much tonight. I made a delicious steak with some shrimp and pasta and chowed down.

And as I sat here semi-miserable I couldn't help but think this is a much preferable problem to have than a day long hangover.

I'm 248 days sober and that feels great. And I don't think I would have made it this far without this website.

I eaten more than a few 1/2 gallon tubs of ice cream rather than drink I'll worry about the ice cream problem later.
