Thumbs down Bad things.

Hallo everyone. At first please excuse me if my english is bad i am very sorry.
I hope this is not problem for everyone.
So im recovering from heavy drinking. I started at 16, drinked with friends and then it was pretty awesome (we thinked so) At age 18 i started to drink more and more. At 21 got my first time in hospital with alcohol poisoning. That stopped me for a while. The rock bottom - This summer at age 24 i had a binge about 12 days long which ended with DT's and hospital. After 5 days in Detox and hospital i went home. Its now 58 days sober. Everythings is pretty fine except very, very strange feelings in my legs. Like pain, weakness, seizures all together can't even explain that. Has someone else something like that ?

Thank you

Sounds like restless leg syndrome, but I'm no doctor. Make an appointment to see your doctor and get it checked out. It could be anything

We sure cannot say why your legs hurt! What happened to one person might not be happening to you. It is best to see a doctor, as soon as possible.

Good going on 58 days sober, and please stick around the forum.

Hi Binge, welcome. Are you on any meds? If so, it could be a side affect. I was on an anti-anxiety med that made my legs feel that way. Could be from the alcohol. 58 days seems like too long to still have them if it's the alcohol. Best wishes.
