Im not sure whether it is my bipolar disorder acting up or paws symptoms. But I notice that I am moody a lot lately and anxious and depressed sometimes. When I feel this way I go to my room and hide and cry. I wasn't going anywhere today was going to isolate in my room but I woke up this morning and thought I should go to church or a meeting I decided to go to church. Even when I want to wallow and hide I don't now. Well wallow I still do but hide no. Is it normal to feel this way at six months sober. Sometimes I feel my feelings intensely and feel fearful.

Not sure what's normal and what's not. We're all different. I think it's good you got out for a while though.
