Working Step 12 everyday.
Day 327 today.
I have had a blast this summer being sober. I am coming up on a year and I feel great. I have been riding the motorcycle most everyday. My training has been very good this summer. I went to a tournament two weekends ago and won the tournament, defeating the 4-time defending Champion in the finals. Then I gave the trophy to a 10 year old kid! It felt great and he loved it.
I have been blessed with a new life through sobriety and step 12 tells me to give back everyday. That's what I intend to do. Whether it's helping someone get - and stay - sober, giving a trophy to a kid, or donating to the local food pantry. Giving back is something that I need to do as often as I can.
