I read Allen Carrs Easy Way To Control Alcohol based on a recommendation someone made here a few weeks ago and it really helped me....really helped me get to the point of quitting 11 days ago. I also enjoyed reading it.

Does anyone know of any other interesting books/ stories/ articles or websites about alcohol or alcoholism....?

Another really cool book I read online was called "The Flinch" by Julien Smith, I believe it is available at no charge. It is not about alcohol per se but is about strategies for controlling anxiety and fear........all in all a really interesting read.....I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed that book too, Viscious, and found that reading books and journals and pamphlets, just about anything I could find, helped me a great deal. I also enjoyed The Power of Now and The New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, and Rational Recovery The New Cure by J Trimpey.

I loved Augusten Burroughs book "Dry".
