Congrats to self

One week down. I can't believe I havent touched a drop for seven whole days. It's been years since I skipped one! I actually got SOME sleep last night. Had to take a Klonipin (sp) and a cup of hot tea but I did sleep! I really want to stay away from sleep aids but I was desperate. I feel sharp today and ALIVE! Thanks you guys for the support.
