But Ive had hangovers that were worse. Cant believe i used to do this to myself voluntarily.

I've had serious food poisoning twice: once in Mexico, and once in the Philippines. Both times were much worse than any hangover, so perhaps your case isn't too bud.

Nevertheless, it would be wise to see a doctor as there is medication to stop the diarrhoea and dehydration. Food poisoning can be fatal.

Years ago a group of our friends went to a New Year's Eve Party. Next day we all drove up to Lake Arrowhead (here in So Cal Mountains). One by one we fell. Thank god we were at one of our friends parents house...it was huge! Meaning it had 4 bathrooms. When we all came home we learned that most of the party had gotten food poisoning...OMG...have never had it since!. Bobbi

I have never gotten food poisoning, but I have certainly used it as an excuse to call in sick before!!! (hungover)...
