Come to think of it, now I don't feel like I'm entirely atheist after all, in the sense of the meaning. I realized that my higher power is no more nor less than my own mind. The very thing that can cause success or doom.
Yay. I have a higher power. The best friend, the worst enemy, the own mind. The higher power that makes mountains move. Neat.

What's sad about alcoholism is that it can even affect our relationship with God. I know He's always been there for me and definitely has put up some bumper guards or I'd have been in the ditch for good, but I was tuning out of my relationship with him (didn't want to be accountable). Ugh, the damage alcoholism does!

In life im driving with God as my co-pilot. I
looked over to the passanger side of the car
and there He is. Never do I ever have to be
alone. He makes the most Awesome company
to have while driving, guiding me every mile
I drive, every step I make, every breath I take.
He in my opinion is the Best Awesome HP or
God of my understanding to have in my recovery
life.
