Was having a horriable yesterday and today..came over here to remember why I quit drinking and realized I have been sober 6 months!!! Even with hubby still drinking I don't crave it when I hear the tinkle of ice in a glass and know he is getting a drink I don't crave it. After 20 years of drinking and 10 years of straight vodka. I'm sober!!!

It can be done one step one day one week at a time. Sometimes one min,one hour and one day at a time.
