I have 4 months sobriety today. Thanks to god, AA and my sponsor all supporting me. I have had many first experiences sober. I already went to 8 meetings this week. Usually I can only get to 3 because of my work schedule being so crazy. I also completed my 2nd fifth step with my sponsor and told her everything that I had kept a secret for a long time.

Great stuff Anoronha No more half measures. After my fifth I experienced what was written in this passage from the Book. Aint it amazing?

"Once we have taken this step, withholding nothing, we are delighted. We can look the world in the eye. We can be alone at perfect peace and ease. Our fears fall from us. We begin to feel the nearness of our Creator. We may have had certain spiritual beliefs, but now we begin to have a spiritual experience. The feeling that the drink problem has disappeared will often come strongly. We feel we are on the Broad Highway, walking hand in hand with the Spirit of the Universe."
