Day 3 for the 5th time ...

Went back to it again ...

Honestly just don't think it is a good thing. After being stuck in the house for almost 2 weeks straight ... waiting to get my license back from a DUI suspension. I just snapped ... walked to the liquor store and woke up the next day ... scratching my head. Sent a bunch of texts lashing out at every body ... and managed to tick off a bunch of bar managers in my area ( this is common reguardless of where I am ) ... and once again. I am gonna take another stab at sobriety ... and this time no foolin around ... seeking out professional counseling which is something I have never done ... but think I need some kind of checks and balances to find a consistent pattern for recovery.

Keep sticking with it. I lost count of how many times I tried to quit over the years.
The last time when I really set my mind to quit,I had 3 or 4 attempts over a couple months. I DID finally do it. The longer you go,the easier it gets.
Don't ever give up.

Counseling is a great idea. Trying ANYTHING different in recovery is a plus. I relapsed many times, never thought i could stay sober, and now i have over nine months. You can do it too, my friend.
