When we said the lord's prayer at the end of the meeting I went to tonight I was holding hands with two guys that had a combined 73 years of sobriety. It was a speaker meeting and the speaker has 39 years and the chairperson has 34 years. Both of them are regulars at 2 of the meetings I go to. They also happen to be two of the nicest people I've ever met.

I love it when meetings have lots of years of Sobriety. I recently finished my cake commitment at my Friday night meeting. I find it gives me tingles when the birthdays being celebrated are really up there, what an Inspiration!
