hello.... well, here I am AGAIN, 2 weeks sober.. reached a new bottom this time, my 12 year old will not even speak to me - as I said some really horrible things to her while drunk..she lives with her mom...but had her for the summer.. I feel so bummed, but hope time can heal this. anyway, I have contacted my sponsor from before, (had 5 months until two months ago..) and am doing the 90 in 90....starting over sucks, but at least I have the opportunity.. was feeling okay the last few days, but today just sucks..at this point I have pushed so many away because of my alcoholism, the loneliness is pretty unbearable..... when with this ever end.... ?.. gonna hit a meeting later, meetings are not enough sometimes though.. thx for reading..

I'd give some thought to what always seems to me to bring you unstuck - that depression, negativity, loneliness or whatever it is - maybe this time you really need to tackle that as well?

Welcome back, Pete. I empathize with your situation.

Keep yourself in the now as much as you can. Use the 24 hour plan.

And if "meetings are not enough sometimes," try to determine what will be enough. Ask for help whenever you need to.

You can stay sober, as so many have before you.
