Most of you know i eat alot of fresh fruit and veggies for nutrition ,but now AGAIN our fruits are contaminated with a bacteria .

Guess ill use frozen /canned veggies .

It's so disheartening...we try to eat healthy and we get this cr@p. I think frozen is better than canned, something about chemicals in the cans. I hardly know what to eat anymore.

yea fresh fruit and veggies does have bacteria on it, but if you wash it off with water really good i think you will be fine. your stomach produces very strong acid that majority of the time kills bacteria. i always eat my veggies and fruit after i wash it with warm water.

My mother is a health nut ,She said wash with vinegar ?

Your best bet is organics; sometimes canned food has preservatives.

Does anyone know if the frozen veggies are okay to throw in the blender and eat without cooking ?.

It would almost seem to be logical ,they are just fresh and frozen .

I guess the ugly bacteria is killed in the freezing process .
