The blood seemed to leave the center of my body and distribute itself to the extremities. I felt the cold less, my fingers were no longer white, i felt more in the lower legs.
My erection came back with a vengeance. There, I said it.

I sweat a lot less than I did when I was drinking.
I'm very jealous of everyone who lost weight when they stopped! I assumed I would naturally lose a few pounds (I was drinking 15-20 oz. vodka a day - that's a lot of calories!), but I've in fact gained about 10 lbs. over the past 4 sober months. *sigh*

We recently moved, and last night I tore out the bar (how ironic) in the section of the basement where my gym will be going. I'm going to spend this week getting everything set up and organized. I'm on vacation next week, and when I get back... I will be lifting heavy things and putting them down, or however that saying goes. Oh, and riding my stationary bike like a maniac.
I see it as no different than the alcohol thing, I have a choice to make, either I do it or I don't, either way I own it.
