My wife insists I don't have a problem either. (She barely drinks at all)
I've decided that alcohol has caused problems, I'm the one not happy with investing all my free time in booze, and not happy with the man I become when drunk. It doesn't really matter what she (or anyone else) thinks.
Quit for yourself, and put your quit first.
CJ.
Edit: And if you need real life support there are plenty of options. (Though I agree it's better if your partner is helping with the support)

They are never going to understand unless they are an alcoholic. That just the way it is. You can go to AA and they can go to Al-anon but the two never shall meet.
You have to work on you regardless of what others think including spouses.
Many times are significant others are just as much in denial as we are. They want things to change but they are not expecting to deal with the way it happens. They just want us to stop and they feel that will solve everything.
Try the old saying. If nothing changes, then nothing changes.
