Thank you to everyone. I have literally been on SR all weekend reading and posting. SR is the reason I am still sober right now and I plan on staying this way. Tomorrows a new week and im going to stick my plan one by one accomplish my to do list and not be overwhelmed by stress triggers. Meditation and patience is going to be my stress release. It took me 4 yrs of drinking to create my mess and I need to realize it wont be fixed in one day. Thank you all again.
