Detoxing day 1

Hi I've started a home detox regime today. I was offered a bed in rehab but turned it down as I work in the industry. My initial gp would support a home detox so I have found a really supportive one who is helping me.
I have a reducing Valium regime and my partner is looking after me.
Bp al il high before my initial dose but taken 10 mg valium so far and feel very relaxed and Bp now down.
Looking forward to an alcohol free life !!

Good job and good luck. Being free from alcohol and being able to feel good without it is worth the fight.
