Every time my parents go out I immediately think of going to the liquor store to buy some booze. That was how I used to drink in the past wait till they went out to go and get booze. Also I have the habit of sniffing wine or beer bottles I get the urge to do that sometimes. My sponsor told me to sniff a flower instead to not give into the temptation of sniffing alcohol bottles. I need to find a way to deal with my triggers.
