Sad wanting to die..
Hello im back.. Still drink inking unable to control myself. I feel i have come to the end of the road.. Im ashamed of everything i do. Because it all revolves around booze..I have never felt this way before.. I just cant see why to keep going ruining my life and my families..
If you're seriously thinking that way please do seek help, bnmbh
If you don't have a doctor or therapist there's a lot of reading and numbers here:
http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ease-read.html
Alcohol and drugs can make life seem pretty dark and hopeless but it would be a mistake to judge your future on the way you feel today.
Things do get better and people do stop drinking
I'm really glad I trusted people when they told me things would get better - I would have missed out on some amazing things
what kinds of things have you tried so far bnmbh?
AA or some other group, counselling, Dr, rehab?

Dee got here first I'll just leave this bit here:
This is a 24 hour hotline: 1-800-273-TALK
It might seem like calling a hotline won't do anything, but I have before and I can't tell you how much relief I felt to talk to someone at that moment.

It will get better once you get the help you need bnmbh. Drinking drags us down and it is impossible to bring ourselves up when we're still drinking. All that shame drops away in recovery. You can do this. Can you phone someone, maybe the AA helpline. Could you get to a meeting? I too had faith in the people who went before me and I just kept on going til I could see the positive changes myself. You will get there x

Bnmbh, I feel bad you feel this way. I've felt low like this myself and all I can say is be strong because you may not believe it now but the universe has a strange tendency to help you in strange ways when you least expect it. I wish you the best and I hope you listen to these wise people!

Please take advantage of the welcoming and supportive community here. It does get better. It's hard to see that in the beginning, if you need to chat you can private message me. No one should feel this low, and I have been there.
