100th time quitting drinking. Advice?

i tried everything. aa is the only thing that worked for me.
BUT
You have to do what the basic instructions are.
Go to meetings.
Get a sponsor and
Work the steps.
it isnt enoough to just sit in the seat.
It is for abit to learn the lingo but then get to it or youll be back to the bottle before long.
I certainly was.
I used to leave the meeting early so i could get to the liquor store before it closed.
