Another Big Book Question

Today I went to Barnes and Noble to get the Big Book, and they don't have it. They don't even have anything that they can order. They had it in large print and in Arabic, but no plain old english, regular type.

I would like to get a copy today or at the latest tomorrow before noon. Where can I get it. Will they have copies at AA meetings?

Yes, you will get a copy at an AA meeting for free. It's a little Big Book! You can also order it here at the SR store or through Amazon.com.

Re: Another Big Book Question

All the meeting houses I've been to have sold them at cost... I think 4 bucks for the paper back and a buck or two more for the hard cover. While you're shopping for AA literature, get yourself a copy of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions (aka 12&12), it's kind of the companion to the Big Book; it really breaks down each step and tradition and spends several pages explaining each. Indispensable.
