Excited for Saturday!

Saturday will mark one week since my last drink, which is the longest I've gone without any alcohol in almost a year! I actually feel really good and happy. I plan on spending the day with my fiancee, go bowling, and probably a nice dinner at Red Lobster.

I'm in a really good mood today!

I'm just so happy I decided to abstain before it got really bad. Go me!

thats good news....hope you have a great weekend! one thing for sure, your check at Red Lobster will be a LOT less minus the three or four drinks one might have previously had!!
