I stupidly was speeding and got a 30 day driving ban. Well i still have over a week befor i can get my licence back. Im really struggling to stop drinking as normally i cant drink on way home from work as driving. Now i keep buying booze whilst walking home.

Anyone got any ideas on how to stop this daft behaviour

Change your route home and avoid the liquor store.

I hope you decide alcohol is no longer an option.

Boris, you could of killed someone speeding. Hopefully, you were not texting as also. Drinking will not solve the problem & will make it worse.

Wasnt on phone and i have never drove whilst drinking. I totally regret speeding and wont be doing it again.

I just hope i can find the strength to stay sober

Im just trying wil power and cold turkey. Ive been doctors but didnt find it helpful
