What do you do
Thought could share what helps you to stay sober on a daily basis. For me I read the twenty four hours, a day at a time and daily meditations for people of color. I attend 3 meetings a week and keep in touch with sponsor and members from my group. I try and pray but I neglect that a lot lately. I finished half of step one packet.

I remind myself that the benefits are short term but the costs long term. I don't worry about forever, I focus on today. I LIKE sober me: I'm productive and responsible, more kind and genuinely caring, a good mom, wife, sister, friend.
I make use of 24/7 online resources at multiple sites, keep good friends close to my heart & accept their support, and always remember that urges will pass.

I strive for balance in my life, every day.
I find gratitude and try to express my thanks. I exercise, usually long walks. I spend time reading spiritual books and meditating. I also spend time on SR every day.
