whats this...I can speak in full sentances!
Amazing, day 15...up very early - fitness - teaching - I felt in control of what I said, I wasn't racing through everything to "just get it over with" that was my mantra when I drank for anything interfering.
I felt proud of myself and feel a lifting. hurray for the little things!

Great post! I can relate. I would also blank out in the middle of speaking and not be able to remember what I was saying. Made me look like an idiot.
The scary part for me was that I could be driving or walking and suddenly not recognize anything. I mean totally not know. So If I was driving I would just keep going. It lasted about 20 seconds or so and as I regained bearings I could know how to continue.
Those moment made my heart pound. But clearly my brain has been effected by my drinking.
